George Savio opened Dolce Vita in 1983. The restaurant is now managed by three partners. George Savio, his son Tim Savio, and Juan J. Casal. The partners all personally attend the restaurant's patrons.

There is always one partner at the restaurant to meet with customers, and oversee staff. You can count on friendly service and superb, fresh seafood every day.
