About Us

George Savio opened Dolce Vita in 1983, and although he has passed away, his culinary legacy lives on. Savio's Bistro by La Dolce Vita is managed by George's son, Tim Savio, and Juan J. Casal. The partners personally attend the restaurant's patrons.

There is usually at least one partner at the restaurant to meet with customers, and oversee staff. You can count on friendly service and superb, fresh seafood every day.
