In December 2010 we open Savio's Bistro by La Dolce Vita. Dolce Vita means "Sweet Life" in Italian and that is how an evening here will make you feel Our loyal clientele highly recommend the award winning signature dish Boquinete Dolce Vita, which is a local snapper topped with shrimp and mushrooms, enclosed in puff pastry, baked to perfection and served with lobster sauce. Overlooking the beauty of the lagoon in a casual atmosphere you can choose to dine in the comfort of fully air-conditioned dining room or the beautiful multi-level palapa outdoor terrace. The service is friendly and dinner specials change daily to mach the season. Our very fair priced and diverse wine list from around the world complements the dinner.
Savio's Bistro by La Dolce Vita is an ideal setting for groups, business functions, parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners and other special events. The outdoor area is great for a sunset cocktail party. Dinner can be served in a terrace or in the main dining room with a great view of the lagoon. Our events coordinator can arrange a special menu for your party. The restaurant can host events for groups of up to 200 guests.
